There are actually a good number of Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris that have more affordable prices, and Aldehyde is one of them.
The restuarant run is by Youssef Marzouk, a Tunisian-born chef who serves up French and North African fusion flavours. It has one Michelin star, and you can dine on a two-course lunch there for an absolute steal - specifically, €35 / £30! You can also have their evening seven-course tasting menu for around a hundred quid. Run don't walk!
