We asked our free walking tour guide for a coffee recommendation and he suggested Cafe Ebel! The cafe is located on Kaprova Street in Prague's Jewish Quarter.
It’s tiny - with only 2 small tables to sit out - but it’s perfect for people watching the locals as they come in and out to buy takeaway coffees, or stock up on teas for back home. They have their own brand of Czech coffee, and have been roasting coffee since 1996! The walls are full of photos that document the cafe's interesting past.
The coffee was delicious and you can definitely taste the quality! The cafe is independently owned and features homemade cakes and pastries, like buttery croissants and rich chocolate cake. They've also got kosher coffee that you can still grab during Passover.
