Chisuru first opened up in 2020, as a pop-up in Brixton, South London.
The chef behind Chisuru is Adejoké (Joké) Bakare, who's been cooking up delicious food for years. From running a fish & chip cart in Nigeria in her student days, she moved on to hosting supper clubs and pop-ups in South London. When she got a rave review from celebrated UK restaurant critic Jay Rayner, she never looked back!
Chisuru has been open permanently in Fitzrovia since 2023, and in 2024 it won a Michelin star. It serves up Modern West African flavours as a set menu for lunch and dinner.
The lunch menu is £45pp and the dinner menu is £95pp.
