Jopenkerk, Haarlem

I LOVED this unique brewery and restaurant inside an old church in Haarlem.

They have lots of different types of beer from their own brewery. You feel very fancy sitting amongst all the old stained glassed windows and impressive architecture, but there's a nice warm buzzy vibe here too.

It's a great spot to take a break from all the sightseeing for a few hours. I had a mini beer (15cl) called Disco Ginferno (amazing) which cost €3.26.

This place also runs events and activities, like a beer and cheese masterclass, beer walk, quiz and even bingo. We didn't have a lot of time to spare when we came - but it would be lush to just chill out here for a few hours and try a few different beers.
