Le Barav wine bar and wine cellar, run by Stan and Val, does natural wines in the Marais.
Order by the glass, or buy a bottle from the shop next door (they have more than 250!) and pay a nominal corkage fee to enjoy it on the spot. If the weather is nice, settle in for an evening at one of their outdoor tables.
Food-wise, you can order cheese and charcuterie. They don't take reservations.
