This suction aid from Bug Bite Thing removes insect saliva or venom, relieving the swelling or itching. I tested this on holiday and it pinches the skin slightly creating a suction but doesn't hurt. You need to use it pretty much as soon as you get bit however I only had the impulse to itch my bite once so it definitely gets a thumbs up from me!
